FERROTEC CERAMICS was fond as a manufacture of machinbale ceramics in 1984. In 1986, we succeeded the fine ceramics business from Sumitomo Metal industries, and led ceramics industry by the structured ceramics for semiconductor process and inspection equipments. In addition, from 2008,we are proceeding the global business under Ferrotec group using its sales network (USA, Europe and Asia) and overseas production capability in China.
